LIGHTHOUSE APARTMENTS :: Wyndham Harbour Completion

We are proud to share that in March 2018 Hub Property Group completed the project management of Lighthouse Apartment Development. Located in Werribee South and a part of the Wyndham Harbour Masterplan Subdivision, these bayside apartments were completed with Icon Construction achieving Practical Completion on the 16th of March.


In the months following the completion of construction purchasers have been moving into their brand new water fronting apartments with overwhelming positive reviews of the finished product.

The Lighthouse Apartments are located on the edge of Australia’s largest marina, beautiful Wyndham Harbour. A 73 hectare master planned coastal community and marina located on the shores of Port Phillip Bay in Werribee South, 35 kilometers south-west of the Melbourne CBD and approximately 10 kilometers south of the central Werribee. The harbour includes safe boating for up to 1000 marina berths, 200 residential housing lots, two new community beaches, 10 hectares of open space including wetlands and public park lands along with multiple Restaurants, Bars & Cafes.

Construction on Legacy nearing completion

Legacy, a boutique development comprising of only 22 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Footscray is nearing completion, with painting, joinery and tiling all underway. We're looking forward to seeing the completed project, with Cobild slating an August finish.

Lighthouse Apartments Construction Update

A lot has changed since our last update on Lighthouse, an SJB-designed apartment project situated on the edge of Australia’s largest marina, Wyndham Harbour. Construction is progressing on schedule with 75% of level 3 slabs now poured. It is anticipated that level 3 & 4 slabs and roof framing will be completed by the end of June in preparation for winter.

Windows and doors have also been manufactured with the first batch already completed and ready for delivery on site in the next month. Ground floor concrete form works removal has also commenced to allow for the installation of the internal wall frames. 

We’re looking forward to seeing the final product, with construction slated for an early 2018 completion.

Gascoigne Construction Update

We’re pleased to announce that construction is in full swing at our Gascoigne development in Malvern East and the site is transforming before our eyes. Since our last update, the basement structure is now complete and level two reached, meaning services trades have also commenced.

If you happen to drive past the site you will see plenty of activity from street level, as our trusted builder Harris HMC is busy craning in precast concrete wall panels ahead of the upper concrete levels. The next phase of construction will see the structure continue to its full height and the commencement of internal works including wall framing.
