A Step Forward in the Adaptive Re-Use of a Historic Monastery.

Over recent months, Hub has been working closely with the CHORA consultant team to respond to RFI’s issued by the Minister for Planning and Heritage Victoria, progressing both the Development Application and Heritage Permit for the adaptive re-use of the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin. This phase has involved a coordinated program of design refinement and technical review that strengthen the proposal and aligning outcomes across architecture, landscape, heritage, and specialist inputs. We’re pleased to have formally lodged the comprehensive RFI response package, a significant milestone that positions this Northcote project for continued assessment and progression.
