Boiler House Officially Underway.

A major milestone reached recently with the commencement of construction at Boiler House. Bringing together more than 130 thoughtfully designed apartments, this landmark residential development, set on the historic Alphington Paper Mill site, blends contemporary architecture with new materials that pay homage to the site’s industrial heritage. It’s an exciting step forward in shaping a truly distinctive residential community.

The groundbreaking ceremony marked an opportunity for our client and key project partners to celebrate the start of construction and recognise the collaboration driving this project forward.
