Located in the heart of Malvern, Plant & Malvern is a collection of 14 high-end apartments designed by Conrad Architects. With varying sizes across each level and 2 penthouse apartments with magnificent views, Conrad Architects have referenced the grand apartment buildings of New York City as their inspiration for this project. With landscape design by John Patrick, Plant & Malvern is an impressive addition to the streetscape of this iconic area.

This project was completed in June of 2020 and was built by the team at Cobild. As can be concluded from the quality of craftsmanship shown in these finished product images, they were the right people for the job and we’re grateful to have been a part of such a great project team!
