Construction Update | Balmoral Quay Stages 3 & 4

Significant progress has been made, with joinery and stone installation, along with the installation of kitchen hardware, completed in our most advanced blocks. ⁠⁠

Work in the northern parkland area is in progress and is expected to be finished by mid-December, encompassing lawn and planting tasks.

⁠⁠Preparations for roads, crossovers, and the public external areas are underway and scheduled for completion by early December. ⁠⁠

The external façade and cladding work is nearing completion for the entire project. ⁠⁠

The first set of blocks is on track to be finished by mid-December, marking a key milestone in the construction timeline.⁠
