Construction Update | Immerse, Richmond
After plenty of anticipation and a whole lot of hard work from our team, we’re pleased to announce that construction has officially commenced this month at the site of what is soon to be Immerse in Richmond.
This project made waves upon the unveiling of its iconic facade, designed by Cera Stribley, which draws on the archway motif seen across many of the historical buildings in the local area.
With Merkon Constructions appointed as the builder, great progress has already been made on site. BRC Piling & Foundations are the first subcontractors on-site installing the piling platform to allow for large machinery to enter and provide compact ground conditions for the installation of piles.
It’s been a great opportunity for us to be a part of the project team so far and we’re looking forward to watching this one come to life.
