Construction Update | No. 71 Apartments, Fairfield

Hale Builders have hit the ground running at No.71 Apartments, one of the most recent projects that we were appointed on last month. Located in the heart of Fairfield, No.71 Apartments are starting to take shape with construction progressing well.

At our last site inspection, we saw concrete structure being completed and steel roof structure commencing. In the weeks following, Hale commenced on internal wall framing and began preparations for fit-out works, which aren’t far off now.

Despite delays due to current government regulations, we’re looking forward to seeing the team get back on-site as soon as possible. We hope to have more progress updates on this one in the coming months.
