Construction Update | Serene

Progress at Serene is advancing swiftly, with the Project Team collaborating seamlessly to ensure a smooth construction process.

Given the intricacies of the site, the rear townhouses were framed ahead of pouring the basement slab, resulting in a methodical building progression on the premises.

D5 Build is currently in the process of completing the internal fit-out for the rear townhouses. Notably, kitchen joinery sourced from Italy is being installed, soon to be followed by the addition of stone benchtops and vanity units in the bathrooms. Meanwhile, preparations for landscaping the rear gardens are underway, accompanied by ongoing painting activities.

Work on the basement fit-out, external masonry, and cladding is nearing completion for the front townhouses. Subsequent phases will involve internal fit-out and the installation of fixtures.

As for the front facade, its finalisation is in progress. On-site, the emergence of brick planter boxes and gracefully curved features is becoming apparent.
