Featured Project – No. 8 Grattan
Hawthorn

Complete with a prime location and all-star design team, No.8 Grattan is a collection of 15spacious and elegant apartments coming soon to Hawthorn.

Thoughtfully crafted by Ewart Leaf, has been designed with meticulous attention to detail from the facade and throughout. Drawing inspiration from the landscape of its surrounds, the interiors were designed with natural tones and materials rich with earthy qualities, adding to the personality of each residence.

The spacious courtyards are akin to full-sized gardens, curated as a lush oasis by Jack Merlo, and are the perfect space for entertaining in the warmer months.
