Industry Leadership Recognition I Andy Anderton.

In recent weeks our Head of Project Delivery, Andrew Anderton, has been appointed to the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Residential Committee. This appointment is a strong reflection of Andy’s deep expertise across the property, construction and development sectors, as well as his practical understanding of the challenges currently shaping the Victorian market.

With extensive experience working alongside developers, investors and project stakeholders, Andy brings a highly commercial and solutions-focused perspective to the industry conversations that matter most. This is particularly relevant at a time when housing supply, taxation settings, construction costs and project feasibility continue to dominate the agenda.

We know Andy’s contribution to the Committee will help drive meaningful discussion and advocacy for the future of housing and development in Victoria, and we look forward to seeing the impact he will make in the role.

Congratulations Andy on this well-deserved appointment.
