‘Boiler House,’ a future-focused residential development coming soon to YarraBend, Alphington.

Designed by Fraser & Partners, the project by Glenvill Developments integrates components of the original 1920’s boiler house structure with contemporary yet thoughtful material additions, integrating new and old structures seamlessly across the historic site. Comprising in excess of 130 apartments of varying typologies, the project will also include access to a local food hub, neighboring shops, a concierge, a wellness centre and basement parking.
