Permit Approved I Kew Townhouses

We’re pleased to share we have received planning permit approval for a set of luxurious townhouses in Oshaughnessy Street, Kew.

After providing pre-acquisition services on the land, Hub has provided full Project Management services across feasibility analysis, submission management, marketing coordination, design and building tender.

Following the imminent appointment of a builder, we will continue to provide coordination services on this project through construction supervision and townhouse settlements.
