Project Completion | Prelude

Prelude Townhomes consists of six double-storey residences built over a single-level basement. The construction was successfully completed in just 17 months, which is considered a significant achievement in the current market. The Project Team collaborated closely to ensure a smooth construction process, optimising efficiency on-site, and striving to get new homeowners settled in their homes as quickly as possible.

The development has garnered strong interest from potential buyers due to its excellent construction quality, high-quality finishes, spacious living areas, and desirable location. The last available unit, dwelling 5, is set to be auctioned off soon.
