Complex projects demand more than good design, they require early collaboration, aligned thinking and the right expertise around the table from day one. That’s why Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) plays such an important role in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex and heritage rich developments. In this video, Hub joins some of the key consultants behind CHORA to discuss the value of engaging early, navigating complexity collaboratively and creating better project outcomes through integrated delivery.
Located at the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin site in Northcote, CHORA is a unique and ambitious project that will provide much needed building restoration and increased amenity to a historically significant Melbourne precinct. The project includes new housing, education spaces, a state-of-the-art amphitheatre and artist studios that will be integrated across the site through thoughtfully designed and publicly accessible onsite café and communal greenspaces.
As Project Manager, we’re proud to be part of the collaborative team helping bring this vision to life.
