Bentley Campus – Tank Repairs

 

Hub is currently overseeing the emergency mechanical remediation works to reinstate the heating water expansion tank in Building 402. The PM scope includes pipework replacement, structural access coordination, tank lining installation, and BMS recommissioning.

 

Bentley Campus – Car Park Safety Works

 

This project scope includes line marking, upgraded signage, traffic management, and accessibility improvements. These works are being coordinated while still maintaining full car park operations and minimal disruption to students and staff.

 

139 St Georges Terrace – Artwork Display

 

Delivered on behalf of Curtin University, this culturally significant project involved the detailed design and implementation of secure, transportable display cases to showcase the Carrolup artworks for the Boorloo Heritage Festival. The works were designed in collaboration with Iredale Pedersen Hook and Handwerk, incorporating stakeholder feedback from the John Curtin Gallery and Indigenous reference groups. The project met tight delivery deadlines and involved the accessibility and working in a heritage listed building and operational requirements.
