The Edison development is the amalgamation of two adjacent sites near Edinburgh Gardens in Fitzroy North. The plan is to develop a mixed-use building comprising part two-storey and part six-storey structures, featuring 17 dwellings and three retail tenancies. The new project will include 13 two and three-bedroom apartments and 4 double-storey townhouses situated on the western side of the building.
