The 31-storey tower will serve as Acciona Geotech’s new national headquarters, featuring 9775sq m of office space, ground-level retail, and 181 apartments. This development is part of a larger five-tower master planned community located at 150-188 Turner Street in Port Melbourne, situated within the Lorimer precinct of the Fishermans Bend development area. Spanning five stages with building heights ranging from 31 to 50 storeys, the project will offer over 1500 apartments, including approximately 6% allocated for affordable housing. Additionally, the development will include 15,803sq m of office space, over 3000sq m of retail space, and two basketball courts.
