Covering an overall area of roughly 6,900m2, this project comprises two stages:
In Stage 1, we’re embarking on the refurbishment of the Karingal Village Shopping Centre, occupying around 2,700m2. This entails dividing the complex into 12 individual tenancies, all centred around a communal mall. Access points to Ashleigh Avenue and the car park, as well as the Stage 2 development site, are integrated into the design.
Moving on to Stage 2, we’re introducing a new construction within the shopping centre’s car park area. Here, we’ll erect an Early Learning Centre on the first floor, complemented by two ground-floor retail tenancies and undercover parking facilities.
